CENTRE FOR
EDUCATIONAL
LEADERSHIP ULA

Rethinking education through leadership

We are rethinking education — as a responsibility, as a service, and as a chance for the future. We believe that authentic leadership is not about positions, but about the ability to drive transformation and take responsibility for oneself and those around them.

WHAT DO WE DO?

The Centre delivers programmes for young, open-minded, results-oriented educational leaders, innovators, and system builders who have the inspiration and courage to create change in times of challenge and opportunity.

We equip participants with tools for profound transformation in education — at the classroom, institutional, and public policy levels. Building on ULA’s 10 years of experience in leadership development, we bring the best global practices into the Ukrainian context.

PARTNERSHIPS AND STRANDS:

The Centre is a platform for joint programmes with leading Ukrainian and international educational institutions. A special focus of the Centre is the development of educational leadership during the war and throughout Ukraine’s post-war recovery.

OUR GOAL IS

To build a community of educator-leaders, innovators, and visionaries, and to strengthen the capacity of Ukraine’s education system in the most challenging times of war and recovery.
